Casted in white cement , this environmental sculpture depicts a yoga class , with one instructor and fourteen learners bent down in 'Yog Mudra'. Made using the technique of 'multiple casting' ,a uniformity and similarity of form is shown to create a kind of perfectness in the whole yogic atmosphere. An effort is made to create the same relief n peace in viewers mind which one attains by actually performing these 'Yog Asanas' . White colour - a symbol of peace , is used here to make the whole atmosphere all the more pleasing and serene. The placing of all the pieces is is done so as to give a perfect visual appeal to the class .with all of them following the same discipline , and maintaining an order of conduct .
